The origins of a unique honey
Sergio Corridoni’s beekeeping business was established in 2006 in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, an unspoiled area where bees thrive in an ideal environment rich in biodiversity and wild blooms.
From this extraordinary natural heritage comes L’Oro degli Eremiti, a honey that has received important awards for its quality. The name combines the precious colour of honey with the memory of the ancient hermits who once lived in these mountains, guardians of a tradition in which beekeeping was an essential source of honey, beeswax and other precious gifts of nature.

The authentic taste of the Sibillini Mountains
Every harvest tells the story of the land it comes from. The pure waters of high-altitude springs, together with the forests and meadows of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, provide bees with an incredible variety of wildflowers and plants, whose essence can be found in every jar.
From late spring through September, Acacia honey, Chestnut honey and the prized Millefiori honey are produced, each with its own distinctive characteristics. The scents, flavours and colours of the mountains are transformed into an authentic honey that preserves the richness and character of this extraordinary land.

Slow and natural processing
The quality of honey also comes from respecting its natural rhythm. Every stage of the extraction process is carried out by hand, following a natural method that preserves the product’s distinctive qualities.
Manual uncapping, slow dehumidification and the natural maturation of the honey ensure that the freshly collected nectar undergoes no unnecessary stress. The result is a honey that retains its aromas, fragrances and natural properties, fully expressing the essence of the flowers and landscapes of the Sibillini Mountains in every spoonful.
